using only Voxwav
« on: September 17, 2015, 12:32:51 PM »
Hi
i have a system that has a mic (used for Skype) and i am using Voxwav on a Android phone to command VC, is it possible to turn of the mic (so that VC does not see it but still use mic for Skype) and use only Voxwav to control VC, because VC keeps hearing the sound of the TV or music as commands.

thanks
chilliman

Turn VoxCommando to "off" mode.

when VC is in Off mode voice commands are ignored is that correct.  so how do you give VC a command without touching the computer it is running on, (it is behind the TV) i have the idle function set to 30 secs in that 30 secs VC is trying to do all sorts of things

thanks

Yes, in off-mode voice commands are ignored. But the on-/standby-/off-mode does not apply to Voxwav, so you can still use your phone for commands when VC is in off-mode.
