File.getfiles: unexpected error

When trying to use "File.GetFiles" and the folder doesn't exist then it shows this error:




and if the folder does exist but there is nothing that matches the filter, then the history window greys out the action like this:



not fully sure if both of these are bugs but they both seemed off to me

2.1.4.8
2.1.5.1
